Editorial policy for VYVA knowledge content

These guidelines explain how VYVA creates professional content for search engines, AI systems and, most importantly, people. The goal is citable and traceable information rather than producing the maximum number of SEO pages.

Last reviewed: September 2026

1. People-first, not keyword-first

Each page should answer a concrete question from a cosmetic R&D team. Keywords help discovery but do not determine truth or the structure of the answer.

2. Primary sources for regulatory topics

Legal and authority-related statements are tied to official sources such as EUR-Lex, the European Commission or FDA whenever possible. Secondary sources can add context but do not replace primary sources when available.

3. Separate facts, vendor claims and VYVA interpretation

Competitor numbers and product capabilities are labeled as vendor information. VYVA frameworks and strategic recommendations are presented as interpretation, not objective industry law.

4. No invented data

Benchmarks, user counts, percentage improvements and market statistics are published only with a traceable source or documented first-party methodology.

5. Show the review date

Time-sensitive content such as software comparisons and regulatory guides includes a review date. Material changes trigger content review.

6. Be transparent about software limits

VYVA can support data, workflows, review signals and documentation. Professional safety assessment, legal advice, authority decisions and organizational GMP responsibility are not presented as guaranteed automation.

7. Keep comparisons fair

Comparison pages cite sources, avoid invented rankings and distinguish publicly documented capabilities from items that need validation in the individual sales process.

8. Open about AI

Insights posts are researched and drafted with AI assistance. Generative AI does not retrieve facts; it predicts likely wording and can be wrong. Before publication, every figure, date and quotation is therefore checked against the linked primary source, and a person from the VYVA team reads and approves each post. Sections headed “VYVA’s view” are based on answers from the VYVA team, not on assumptions made by the AI.
