Are my formulations shared with other users?
No, absolutely not. Your formulations and intellectual property remain completely confidential and are never shared with other users. Each company has a completely isolated data environment.
Can I connect VYVA to my existing ERP or PLM system?
Not yet. An API for connecting to ERP and PLM systems is planned but not available yet. Talk to us about your requirements.
How are regulatory updates incorporated into VYVA?
Our system continuously monitors changes in global regulations (EU, FDA, etc.). Updates are automatically incorporated and you receive proactive notifications when your formulations are affected.
Are there volume discounts or special rates for startups?

How quickly can I start working with VYVA after booking?
After booking, we plan your onboarding within 2-4 weeks. This includes setting up your account, data import, and comprehensive training of your team so you can start productively.
What happens to my data if I cancel VYVA?
You can request a complete export of all your data in common formats at any time. After cancellation, your data will be securely deleted according to our privacy policy.
