Create the brief
Product idea, target group, claims, no-go ingredients, target markets and timeline sit in one structured brief instead of in emails. Every later decision can be traced back to it.

Follow development
Formula versions, samples and open tasks are attached to the project. You can see at any time which version is current, who is working on what and what comes next.

Attach tests and notices
Stability, in-use and packaging tests as well as regulatory notices are documented on the formula version they belong to. It is clear exactly what was tested.

Approve and hand over
Approvals are recorded with date, person and comment. At launch, the formula, test results and decisions are available in one place, for example as the basis for the Product Information File.
An everyday example
A brand is planning a vitamin C serum for the EU market. The brief holds the target group, desired actives, no-go ingredients, packaging and launch date. The contract manufacturer sends two formula variants for approval. In the customer portal the brand reviews the INCI list and percentages, rejects the first variant with a comment on texture and approves the second. The stability test and the approval are attached to exactly that version. When a line extension comes up six months later, it is traceable why variant one was dropped and which state the new project builds on.
