VYVA is a specialized R&D and PLM platform for the cosmetics and personal care industry. The system integrates formulation development, raw-material management (including INCI data and regulatory status), stability studies, compliance checks, compounding/batch documentation and collaboration in a central, cloud-based environment.
VYVA is designed for cosmetic brands, contract manufacturers, R&D and formulation teams, regulatory affairs departments and the management of companies that develop cosmetic or personal care products.
VYVA addresses the typical problems in cosmetic development: version chaos with formulas (often managed in Excel), missing traceability of changes, regulatory uncertainty due to manual compliance checks, knowledge concentration with individual employees, slow development cycles due to isolated tools and fragmented communication between R&D, Regulatory, QA and Procurement.

VYVA helps connect test plans, stability studies, regulatory signals, affected raw materials and formulations in a structured workflow. Results, reviews and approvals can be documented with traceability. Which tests, assessments or actions are legally and professionally required must be determined by the responsible team.
VYVA creates a connected data foundation for formulas, materials, batches, tests and decisions. Versions and responsibilities become easier to trace, less information needs to be transferred between files, and regulatory and QA teams can work from the same product context.
Data security is our highest priority. Your data is hosted on ISO 27001-certified servers in Germany, end-to-end encrypted, and never shared with third parties.
VYVA supports importing CSV, Excel, PDF and common database formats. Our team helps you structure the import of your existing formulation data.
No. Your formulations and intellectual property remain completely confidential and are never shared with other users. Every company has a fully isolated data environment.
Not yet. An API for connecting to ERP and PLM systems is planned but not available yet. Talk to us about your requirements.
Our system continuously monitors changes in global regulations. Updates are maintained and you receive notifications when your formulations may be affected.
After booking, we plan your onboarding within 2-4 weeks. This includes setting up your account, data import and training your team.
You can request a full export of all your data in common formats at any time. After cancellation, your data is securely deleted according to our privacy policy.
